Beginning Rhythmic gymnastics

Our Beginning Rhythmic Gymnastics class introduces students to the foundations of rhythmic movement, flexibility, coordination, and apparatus technique in a fun and encouraging environment. Athletes learn basic rhythmic gymnastics body movements while continuing to develop strength, balance, and artistry through dance-inspired training.

Students in this level work on:

Basic rhythmic gymnastics technique
Introductory leaps and more advanced turns
Flexibility and body control

Coordination and apparatus handling

Beginning rhythmic gymnasts train with Ribbon & Ball

Athletes also participate in acro-based conditioning and skill development to build the strength and flexibility needed for future advancement in rhythmic gymnastics. This class is perfect for students who enjoy movement, creativity, and learning to combine dance with athletic skill.
